A: Of course.We can send you free A4 size sample to you, If you require the size bigger than A4 size, please pay for the sample charge and postage. The charge will be refund when placing an order.

A: Freight charge depends on the weight of goods and shipping method. I will give you accurate charge once you confrim the demanded products and quantity.

A: Yes. Parts of our products have in stock. For these products, small quantity order is acceptable.

A: Yes. Our technical engineer will analyze the sample you sent and draw a conclusion. Then we will give you a counter sample for checking the quality.

A: The MOQ is 1000 yards per color. If your quantity is less than MOQ, we also can do. But should be surcharged. The surcharged is about USD80~150 per color.
Q6.What is the lead time for bulk order?
A: The lead time is various according to fabric and quantity. The normal delivery time is about 15~25 days. If you need the fabrics urgently, we will try our best to make it in time.
Q7.What is the payment term of your company?
A: For new customer, it is T/T 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. We can discuss better payment term after several orders in good cooperation.
Q8.What is your quality guarantee?
A: If you have chinese agency, the best way is to do the inspection before shipment. If not, you can check it once you receive the goods, Please check it in a week. If there are some quality defect, we will afford all the lost caused by us.
